Administrative Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan logistics & coordinate training sessions & meetings.
Plan logistics & coordinate paper works for shipments clearance.
Assist with visa issuance.
Arrange & book flights and accommodation.
Arrange site visits.
Coordinate and organize events & exhibitions.
Prepare weekly plan report.
Prepare local & imported Purchase Orders.
Prepare invitation letters.
Assist in preparing submittals.
Record sales & after sales team's expenses, overtime & perdiem weekly.
Follow up and ensure the reports submission.
Follow up and assist in invoices collection.
Pricing updates for suppliers.
Handling & managing driver for team logistics inside & outside Cairo.
Handling team needs in office supply inventory, business cards, giveaways & etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; diploma in administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
