Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Plan logistics & coordinate training sessions & meetings.
  • Plan logistics & coordinate paper works for shipments clearance.
  • Assist with visa issuance.
  • Arrange & book flights and accommodation.
  • Arrange site visits.
  • Coordinate and organize events & exhibitions.
  • Prepare weekly plan report.
  • Prepare local & imported Purchase Orders.
  • Prepare invitation letters.
  • Assist in preparing submittals.
  • Record sales & after sales team's expenses, overtime & perdiem weekly.
  • Follow up and ensure the reports submission.
  • Follow up and assist in invoices collection.
  • Pricing updates for suppliers.
  • Handling & managing driver for team logistics inside & outside Cairo.
  • Handling team needs in office supply inventory, business cards, giveaways & etc.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; diploma in administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
