Analysis of the tender documents and study of the scope of work, project's schedule and potential major resources.
Responsible for collection and assessment of inputs from others concerned departments.
Developing the bid cost estimate & Manhours estimate of project activities and services.
Assessment of costs/schedule of all project activities (including costing of all project resources and any other miscellaneous costs).
Preparation of technical clarifications, scope of work, drawings and specifications and responding to clarifications of subcontractors.
Preparation of work packages for RFQs to subcontractors and evaluation in coordination with concerned departments.
Responsible for the preparation of reports and communications for high management.
Developing/Review tender forms (in terms of compiling and putting together information to be submitted within proposal) and submitting technical and commercial proposals to client.
Preparing/Updating Project Management Plan/ schedule including time, cost, Human resources, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and communication management plans.
Co-chairing project meetings with the Project Manager, taking minutes of meetings and following-up project activities/ actions list and project deliverables.
Coordinate and participate in review meetings with the client, essentially HAZID, HAZOP, etc.
Issuing Project Status Weekly and Monthly Reports.
Preparing/updating overall project time schedule including feasibility study, concept selection, FEED, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Installation, Commissioning and Start-up.
